Refunds & returns

1. The 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

Condition: To receive a full refund, items must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging.

2. Hygiene & Health Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on the following items if the hygiene seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened:

Adult Toys: For health and hygiene reasons, these cannot be returned once the original manufacturer’s seal or box is opened.

Lingerie & Underwear: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of being worn.

Creams, Lubricants & Gels: These are classified as “sealed for health and hygiene” and cannot be returned once the security seal is tampered with or opened.

3. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If an item arrives faulty, is not as described, or is not fit for purpose, you have a 30-day “Short Term Right to Reject” under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We will provide a full refund, including original delivery costs and the cost of returning the item to us.

For adult toys that develop a fault after 30 days but within 6 months, we will offer a repair or replacement in the first instance.

4. How to Make a Return

  1. Notify Us: Email our support team within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Pack Securely: Ensure the items are in their original, unopened packaging.

  3. Discreet Shipping: We recommend using a tracked service. Please ensure the outer packaging is plain and does not mention “iPleasure” or “Adult Toys” for your own privacy.

  4. Processing: Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days back to your original payment method.
